For one night only, the Roy Hargrove Big Band and special guest Roberta Gambarini will perform at the world famous Hollywood Bowl – August 26, 2009.
They will perform music from EMERGENCE, the new release by the Roy Hargrove Big Band; and SO IN LOVE, the new release by Roberta Gambarini. Both albums will be released on August 25, 2009.
Also performing will be the Dizzy Gillespie All Star Big Band, featuring Roy, Roberta, James Moody, and other legendary musicians. The show will be opened by an LA big band, Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band
