DownBeat Magazine‘s 58th Annual Critics Poll results are in and Roberta Gambarini is the winner in the ‘Rising Star Female Vocalist’ category!

Roberta made her North American debut in 2006 with the GRAMMY-nominated ‘Easy to Love‘ and since then has garnered her second GRAMMY nomination (in 2010) with her third release, ‘So in Love‘ released last summer. This is Roberta’s third win in the DB Critics Poll Rising Star Female Vocalist category – she won in 2007, 2008 and was the first runner up in 2009.
